All items are Digital Goods, meaning that nothing will be shipped.

You must notify me if you change Usernames or Accounts in the middle of a transaction (trade, purchase, or otherwise), so we can continue communication. I am not responsible for refunds in the case that I cannot find you after a change of this nature.

Once the Commission is finished and delivered, you are solely responsible for keeping up with the files. I may or may not still have them at a later date, so please responsibly back-up your commissioned pieces.

I retain the rights to the art I create, including for use in but not limited to: portfolio work, commission examples, promotional examples, etc.

I require clear, verbal confirmation and communication in any and all transactions. Please confirm that you have sent payment, that you are ok with the contents of a trade and/or purchase, and confirm closure of transactions. A simple "thank you!" or "ok!" is all I'm looking for. I will not accept read-recipts as confirmation (dA Notes, Twitter, etc.) I will, however, accept Transfer notifications on ToyHouse as confirmations in trades.

I'll provide WIPs (Work In Progress updates) for work! I will only provide WIPs for Sketches and Lineart stages unless otherwise requested. (WIPs are unavailable for certain commission types.)

I won't continue moving forward with a commission until I receive feedback or approval for a WIP.

I will also do edits! The Sketch stage is where I can do the largest edits the easiest. I'll do any minor editing and one entire re-sketch (drastic pose change, character change, etc.) free of charge, but if you want another entire re-sketch I will charge an additional fee equivalent to another sketch commission.

---- Minor edits + 1 entire re-sketch (pose change, character change, etc.) are free at this stage within reason. (Sketch-Commissions are exempt from this regarding full re-sketches. Instead, they'll cost 1/2 base-price the first time, and then full-price for any additional re-sketches.)

---- Additional re-sketches for Non-Sketch Commissions will incur a fee equal to another base-price Sketch Commission. (ex: If you order a FB colored sketch, you'll only pay the base price and not the colored price.)

I can only do small edits after I finish lining and begin coloring.

Any art I create is only for My use and the Commissioner's use. If obtained through a character transfer, Customer Usage rights transfer with it (i.e. the original buyer no longer has permission to use the commissioned work)

Art of mine obtained through character transfers still must abide by these terms.

My art is for personal, non-commercial use only. (i.e. don't sell on RedBubble, Society6, Etsy, etc. IF you're looking for commercial-use work I'm more than willing to talk it out, but I might still decline in the end.) "Not for Commercial Use" includes Promotional Material for Commercial Projects, like Comics or Games.

Do Not claim my art as your own.

Do Not Redistribute or Edit my art in any way without my explicit permission. This includes, but is not limited to:

---- Attempting to relocate or remove my signature or any watermarks present.

---- Cropping a signature or watermark out of an image (personal use as Icons and Backgrounds are fine)

---- Reposting my work without proper credits.

You can upload any commission you get from me on ToyHouse or other character database sites with proper credit! If you're using ToyHouse, credit me as an On-Site artist as MiiNiiRU; otherwise, provide clearly visible credit.

I do NOT allow my art/designs to be used for NFT's or in AI Training, commissioned or not, under ANY circumstances.

While my goal is to generally get orders done within a month of payment, please allow for a 2 ~ 3 month turnaround for all orders, of any size, unless discussed otherwise. You may check in with me as you please, but refrain from asking more than once a week. Pestering me will likely slow me down, and if I feel it borders harassment you may have your commission cancelled.

I'm willing to consider payment plans for large orders, meaning anything $100 and over. I'd prefer that payment plans be fulfilled in one month, unless discussed otherwise. Work on this commission won't start until at least 50% ~ 75% has been paid depending on amount, and I won't proceed past the sketch stage until payment has been completed. Please stay in contact during payment plans.

If for whatever reason I'm unable to complete your commission during my quoted turnaround, I'll let you know!

I reserve the right to turn One-Off designs, including designs made prior to these terms, into Open or Closed Species. (You and your character won't be required to participate in the species if this becomes the case!)

When uploading art of one of my designs for the first time, or uploading references at any point in time, please provide proper credit (i.e a working link back to me).

As a general rule, my designs are not intended for nor priced for Commercial Use, so please: Do not use my designs for Commercial Purposes or turn them into Species without approaching me first.

Do not drastically edit beyond recognition. When placing the original and an update side by side, you should be able to clearly tell that they're the same character.

Do not whitewash designs made by me (where applicable, i.e. humanoid designs). You may darken and otherwise adjust skintones as you please, but do not make darker characters lighter.

Do not make edits to the original art, unless you come ask me for permission, and do not attempt to remove/relocate my signature period.

Please use a base (with permission), commission someone, or draw the updated art yourself if you are updating the design.

Gifting and trading is fine! Please be respectful and responsible, though! I'd prefer not to see my designs be used as mere fodder.

Do not resell designs for more than you paid unless REASONABLY adding on the worth of commissioned or personal art. Art made as a gift/trade may not be used to raise the resell price. Please refrain from creating art for a design purely to inflate their price in sales.

When buying from me, be able to or ready to pay within 48 hours of claim and confirmation. No transfers, if applicable, will begin until then.

---- I'm open to discussions about holds and payment plans for things $100 and higher! Generally, I'd prefer to keep holds under 2 weeks and plans no longer than one month. Lengths are of course dependent on amount, and are case-by-case! Please communicate with me on these!!

When trading with me (via other characters/customs/art), please be able to complete work within one month or your normal turnaround period for your art/customs!! No transfers will begin until then.

Failure to complete payment with no clear attempt at notifying me will result in your claim being revoked, and the design being put back out for offers, or handed to the next interested party. I will not chase down customers past one (1) reminder.
